Shipping & Returns

Delivery is calculated by the weight of the items that you purchase. This is shown during the checkout routine.

Please note we now deliver outside the UK. All orders are delivered via Royal mail / Air Mail.

We aim to dispatch items within 24-48 hours of receiving your cleared payment.

First Class - Royal Mail aims to deliver in 1-2 working days

2nd Class - Royal Mail aims to deliver in 3+ working days

Standard Parcels - Royal Mail aims to deliver in 3+ working days

Special Delivery - Royal Mail guarantees delivery before 1.00pm on the next working day to 99% of the UK. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days by the post office, therefore items sent on Friday may not be delivered until Monday.

Air Mail aims to deliver to:
Europe within three working days.
Worldwide within five working days

* 3/5 working days to arrive in your country, the time it takes to arrive at your address will depend on the postal service in your country.

Should your order not arrive within 10 working days please contact us so we can instigate an enquiry regarding your order.

Regardless of the postage selection we will ensure all products are securely packaged and suitable for posting. We are not responsible for goods damaged in transit, however we will do everything we can to assist you to resolve any issues

Returning Goods
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will exchange or issue you a refund in line with current legislation within 30 days. Providing you send a request in writing to Prem2Pram within 7 working days (not including weekends and bank holidays) of receiving your goods. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for personalised items, as they cannot be resold. Goods must be returned in their original conditions (i.e. in original packaging and be undamaged, unused and must be in a resalable condition).
